Mr. Salim Chaudhary is the Chief Operations Officer at AISATS. Prior to joining AISATS, Mr. Chaudhary served as Head – Airport Operations India and Overseas at Air India. His career encompasses a broad spectrum of roles, ranging from the hospitality sector to the aviation industry – charting a journey from a distinguished five star hotel to a leading five star airline. Within the aviation sector, Mr. Chaudhary has worked with both Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) and Full-Service Carrier (FSC) business models across several geographical regions, enabling him to assimilate best global practices across various organizations.
These experiences have not only expanded his skill set but also deepened his understanding of the industry, allowing him to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every role he undertakes.
A notable aspect of Mr. Chaudhary’s career has been his involvement in major mergers within the Indian aviation sector, most prominently the Air India–Vistara merger, which reflects his expertise in integrating two highly valued and strategically important brands.
Mr. Chaudhary is a graduate from Delhi University with a bachelor’s degree, along with a course in Hotel Management, Applied Nutrition & Catering Technology.
