Mr. Vikas Agarwal is the Chief Financial Officer at Air India SATS Airport Services Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Agarwal is an experienced chartered accountant with more than 30 years of experience across multiple industries in India. Prior to his appointment at AISATS in February 2025, he was Divisional Vice President, Finance at Air India.
Mr. Agarwal has been a part of the aviation industry with the TATA Group since November 2019 and was an integral part of the due diligence team that worked on Air India’s divestment process. He was also instrumental in the successfully integration of AIX Connect (AirAsia India) and Air India Express and the subsequent merger of the two companies under the LCC framework.
Mr. Agarwal started his career as a management trainee in 1992 with Indo Guild Fertilizers and has worked with Coca Cola, SABMiller, GE Motors, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, and Titan Industries. His impressive portfolio has afforded him keen insights and knowledge on mergers & acquisitions (M&As), integration, business transformation, cost optimization, automation, and in setting up systems, processes and compliances. Throughout his vast experience, he has played a significant role in making finance an integral part of business to drive strategic and profitable growth.
